Return Process

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
